Culinary Arts Camp: $385 • Ages: 6 – 13 • 7AM – 6PM • Limit: 25 Campers
Camp Dates: August 5, 2024- August 9, 2024
Elite University Summer Camp is proud to host another year of Culinary Arts Camp! This year our campers will work with a chef to cook a daily meal. Campers will be split into small groups and learn to cook as a team. Camp units include: following recipes. safety prep, meal prep, measuring, cutting, and gastronomy.

Daily Activity Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM CHECK IN
- 9:00 AM COOKING CAMP BEGINS
- 9:00 AM HAND WASHING, CLEANING SPACE
- 9:30 AM SPLIT INTO COOKING GROUPS
- 9:45 AM READ RECIPE & PREPARE INGREDIENTS
- 10:00 AM MEASURE & MIX INGREDIENTS
- 11:00 AM COOKING INSTRUCTION & COOKING
- 11:45 AM CLEANING KITCHEN
- 12:00 PM LUNCH
After lunch ALL campers will be placed into age groups and will participate in counselor led activities.
- 1:00 PM PHYS-ED, MUSIC, S.T.E.M., OR ART
- 2:00 PM SELF REGULATED STUDENT – LED GAMES
- 3:00 PM OUTSIDE PLAY
- 4:00 PM QUIET REFLECTIVE TIME
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM PARENT PICK UP
Wednesday Field Trip
Atkinson Farms • 3217 Spring Cypress Road, Spring, TX 77388 • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Campers will be bussed to Atkinson Farms from Trinity Episcopal Church. Atkin’s Farm is a working farm. Camps will be provided a tour of the farm, learn about sustainable farming, and visit the farmers market! Campers will be able to shop in the farmers market.
It is recommended that students bring $20 to all field trips.
